These Terms of Service govern your use of iBelong. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use iBelong and have authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Hiring Manager Responsibilities
Hiring managers are responsible for using iBelong in a lawful, fair, and non-discriminatory manner.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates understand that when they complete an assessment through a position link, their responses and results may be shared with the hiring company responsible for that position.
5. Assessment and Report Disclaimer
iBelong provides cultural and work environment alignment insights. The platform does not determine whether a candidate is qualified, should be hired, or should be rejected. Hiring decisions should consider skills, experience, structured interviews, references, legal requirements, and other relevant factors.
6. Not a Sole Hiring Decision Tool
Hiring managers agree not to use iBelong scores or reports as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, promotion, termination, compensation, or other employment decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse iBelong, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with platform security, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Credits and Payments
Credits are used by hiring managers to create new positions. The current cost is 1 credit per new position. Credits may be granted, adjusted, or modified by iBelong according to platform rules.
9. Premium Candidate Reports
Candidate premium reports are designed for self-reflection and career guidance. They are not psychological, medical, or clinical diagnoses.
10. Intellectual Property
iBelong and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
11. Confidentiality
Hiring managers must treat candidate data accessed through iBelong as confidential and use it only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
12. Data Protection
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
13. Platform Availability
We aim to keep iBelong available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBelong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify iBelong against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iBelong after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iBelong is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
